What I liked, however, was the explanation about why you get dizzy from drinking too much:

The writer then recommends holding on to something with your hand to counter the sense of unbalance; personally, I think focussing on one part of the room with your eyes and holding focus works better.
But otherwise, the question is moot: it is not what can I do to make it better, but how long can I endure it until it is over. Like hangovers. Gatorade, anyone? lol
